This means that if you purchase a second-hand bicycle that is still less than 2 years old since its initial purchase, you have the right to make a warranty claim. This service ensures that the shipment of your bike is 100% guaranteed, allowing for a safe and secure transaction. In the event that any damage to the shipping box is observed, it is essential to immediately notify the carrier, specifying the nature of the damage on the delivery note, either a text reading 'box broken' or 'box knocked', anticipating possible internal damage to the bicycle.
