The most exposed and sensitive areas to cold air, the chest and stomach, are protected using Gore-Tex Infinium Windstopper fabric, which excels in breathability and thermal insulation with total wind resistance. Even as speed and exposure to cold air increase, body heat generated during activity is retained, providing a comfortable feeling with every pedal stroke.

The sleeves and back are made with Thermosystem Hydrorepellent fabric to achieve a close, wrinkle-free fit, with thermoregulating properties that efficiently release excess heat and keep body temperature constant, ensuring optimal breathability and thermoregulation to keep the body dry at all times. The jacket's cuffs are elastic and oversized, perfectly adapting the sleeves to the cyclist's arms, and the wrist fit prevents cold air from entering or heat from escaping.

It features three easy-access elastic rear pockets to store items like a phone, keys, or snacks, and to improve cyclist visibility during early morning or low-light conditions, a reflective rear band is added in the most visible area.

That's why we offer a comprehensive product return policy that allows you to return any product, be it a bicycle or an accessory, within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is in unused condition and in its original packaging.

30 Day Return Policy

Our intention is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Turboebike. For this reason, we provide you with a 30 day window so that you can return any bicycle, accessory, component or clothing, as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. To make this return, you must send us the product in perfect condition, with no signs of use and accompanied by all the elements that were originally included, such as guarantees, labels, instructions for use or accessories included in the product. It is your responsibility to send the products you wish to return to our warehouse.

In this process, it is essential that the products are well packed to avoid damage in transit. In the event that improper packaging is found to have resulted in damage to the product, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.

Costs Associated with Returns

It is important to note that if you decide to return your purchase after the order has been dispatched, all shipping and return costs will be borne by you. If required, we are able to coordinate the collection of your return with the same transport agency that made the delivery. In addition, in situations where bicycles or frames are returned, we reserve the right to retain the costs related to assembly and logistics costs, both for the shipping and the return of the product.

If your purchase was subject to special promotions, such as 'free shipping', please note that you may have to bear certain costs related to shipping that were not applied at the time of purchase. However, these measures do not compromise your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Refund Procedure

Once the returned products arrive at our warehouse and it is verified that they meet all the conditions stipulated for the return, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund. The method of refund will depend on how you made the original payment:

For payments by credit card or Paypal: The refund will be made to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase.
For payments by bank transfer: We will need you to provide us with an account number in order to make the corresponding payment.

In cases of order cancellations, both by the customer and by Turboebike, and that do not involve shipments, refunds will be made within one or two business days after the cancellation. For situations where the physical return of products to our facilities is required, the refund will be carried out within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, normally within 2 or 3 days after receiving and verifying the condition of the returned products.

If you wish to change the size of a product, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service to coordinate this process. You can request this size change from your control panel on our website or by email. It does not cover parts that are susceptible to wear and tear due to regular use, such as the elements that make up the drivetrain (chain and cassette), paint, bearings or cables. Furthermore, damage attributable to external factors, such as accidents, improper use or general wear and tear, are excluded from the guaranteed coverage.

A remarkable aspect of this warranty is its transferability, i.e. it is not exclusively linked to the original owner of the bike. This means that if you purchase a second-hand bicycle that is still less than 2 years old since its initial purchase, you have the right to make a warranty claim. This warranty includes coverage of costs associated with handling, assembly and shipping that may arise during the repair or replacement process.

Shipping Guarantee

Additionally, it is important to highlight the guarantee that protects the shipment of the bicycle. This service ensures that the shipment of your bike is 100% guaranteed, allowing for a safe and secure transaction. However, in order to activate this guarantee, it is necessary for the customer to be vigilant during the reception of the product. In the event that any damage to the shipping box is observed, it is essential to immediately notify the carrier, specifying the nature of the damage on the delivery note, either a text reading 'box broken' or 'box knocked', anticipating possible internal damage to the bicycle.

“In the event of failure to notify the carrier of this problem at the time of delivery, neither the transport insurance nor Turboebike will be liable for any claims for damage or scratches that may have occurred during the transport of bicycles or any other product.“

After this step, it is advisable to carefully review the product and, if you find any problem, communicate it to Turboebike as soon as possible, through the available communication channels: email, online form or contact telephone, where you will receive assistance to resolve the problem. All our bikes are recorded, photographed and checked during and after assembly.
