Es por eso que te ofrecemos una política de devolución de productos amplia que permite retornar cualquier producto, ya sea una bicicleta o un accesorio, dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la recepción de tu pedido, siempre y cuando se encuentren en estado sin usar y conservando su empaquetado original.
Política de Devolución de 30 Días
Nuestra intención es que estés completamente satisfecho con tu compra en Turboebike. Por este motivo, te facilitamos una ventana de 30 días para que puedas devolver cualquier bicicleta, accesorio, componente o prendas de ropa, siempre que no hayan sido utilizados y conservando su empaquetado original. Para efectuar esta devolución, es necesario que nos remita el producto en óptimas condiciones, sin señales de uso y acompañado de todos los elementos que incluía originalmente, como las garantías, etiquetas, instrucciones de uso o accesorios incluidos en el producto.. Es tu responsabilidad enviar los productos que deseas devolver a nuestro almacén.
En este proceso, es fundamental que los productos estén bien embalados para evitar daños en el traslado. En caso de que se perciba un embalaje inapropiado que haya derivado en daños al producto, lamentablemente no podremos aceptar la devolución.
Gastos Asociados con la Devolución
Es importante destacar que, si decides retractarte de tu compra después de que el pedido haya sido despachado, todos los gastos de envío y devolución correrán por su cuenta. Si lo requieres, estamos en disposición de coordinar la recogida de tu devolución con la misma agencia de transporte que realizó la entrega. Además, en situaciones de devolución de bicicletas o cuadros, nos reservamos el derecho de retener los costos relacionados con el montaje y los gastos logísticos, tanto del envío como del retorno del producto.
Si tu compra estuvo sujeta a promociones especiales, como 'envío gratuito', ten en cuenta que podrías tener que asumir ciertos costos relacionados con el envío que no se aplicaron en el momento de la compra. Sin embargo, estas medidas no comprometen los derechos que como consumidor te confiere la legislación vigente.
Procedimiento de Reembolso
Una vez que los productos retornados lleguen a nuestros almacenes y se verifique que cumplen con todas las condiciones estipuladas para la devolución, procederemos a realizar el reembolso correspondiente. La modalidad de reembolso dependerá de la forma en que realizaste el pago original:
Para pagos con tarjeta de crédito o Paypal: El reembolso se hará efectivo en la misma tarjeta o cuenta de Paypal utilizada para la compra.
Para pagos mediante transferencia bancaria: Necesitaremos que nos facilites un número de cuenta para realizar el abono correspondiente.
En casos de cancelaciones de pedidos, tanto por parte del cliente como por parte de Turboebike, y que no involucren envíos, los reembolsos se efectuarán en uno o dos días hábiles después de la cancelación. Para situaciones donde se requiera la devolución física de productos a nuestras instalaciones, el reembolso se llevará a cabo en un plazo máximo de 7 días naturales, normalmente se realiza en 2 o 3 días tras recibir y verificar el estado de los productos devueltos.

Furthermore, damage attributable to external factors, such as accidents, improper use or general wear and tear, are excluded from the guaranteed coverage.
A remarkable aspect of this warranty is its transferability, i.e. it is not exclusively linked to the original owner of the bike. This means that if you purchase a second-hand bicycle that is still less than 2 years old since its initial purchase, you have the right to make a warranty claim. This warranty includes coverage of costs associated with handling, assembly and shipping that may arise during the repair or replacement process.
Shipping Guarantee
Additionally, it is important to highlight the guarantee that protects the shipment of the bicycle. This service ensures that the shipment of your bike is 100% guaranteed, allowing for a safe and secure transaction. However, in order to activate this guarantee, it is necessary for the customer to be vigilant during the reception of the product. In the event that any damage to the shipping box is observed, it is essential to immediately notify the carrier, specifying the nature of the damage on the delivery note, either a text reading 'box broken' or 'box knocked', anticipating possible internal damage to the bicycle.
After this step, it is advisable to carefully review the product and, if you find any problem, communicate it to Turboebike as soon as possible, through the available communication channels: email, online form or contact telephone, where you will receive assistance to resolve the problem. All our bikes are recorded, photographed and checked during and after assembly.
