Plus, because the motor is located in the wheel spindle and not in the bottom bracket, you'll enjoy a smooth ride when it's not assisting. The Gain's torque simulation algorithm allows the bike to match the input power per pedal stroke to generate more power when needed and to conserve energy when you ride easily.
