30 Day Return Policy

Our intention is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Turboebike. For this reason, we provide you with a 30 day window so that you can return any bicycle, accessory, component or clothing, as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. To make this return, you must send us the product in perfect condition, with no signs of use and accompanied by all the elements that were originally included, such as guarantees, labels, instructions for use or accessories included in the product. It is your responsibility to send the products you wish to return to our warehouse.

In this process, it is essential that the products are well packed to avoid damage in transit. In the event that improper packaging is found to have resulted in damage to the product, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.

Costs Associated with Returns

It is important to note that if you decide to return your purchase after the order has been dispatched, all shipping and return costs will be borne by you. If required, we are able to coordinate the collection of your return with the same transport agency that made the delivery. A remarkable aspect of this warranty is its transferability, i.e. it is not exclusively linked to the original owner of the bike. This means that if you purchase a second-hand bicycle that is still less than 2 years old since its initial purchase, you have the right to make a warranty claim. This warranty includes coverage of costs associated with handling, assembly and shipping that may arise during the repair or replacement process.

Shipping Guarantee

Additionally, it is important to highlight the guarantee that protects the shipment of the bicycle. This service ensures that the shipment of your bike is 100% guaranteed, allowing for a safe and secure transaction. However, in order to activate this guarantee, it is necessary for the customer to be vigilant during the reception of the product. In the event that any damage to the shipping box is observed, it is essential to immediately notify the carrier, specifying the nature of the damage on the delivery note, either a text reading 'box broken' or 'box knocked', anticipating possible internal damage to the bicycle.

“In the event of failure to notify the carrier of this problem at the time of delivery, neither the transport insurance nor Turboebike will be liable for any claims for damage or scratches that may have occurred during the transport of bicycles or any other product.“
