That's why we offer a comprehensive product return policy that allows you to return any product, be it a bicycle or an accessory, within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
30 Day Return Policy
Our intention is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Turboebike. For this reason, we provide you with a 30 day window so that you can return any bicycle, accessory, component or clothing, as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. To make this return, you must send us the product in perfect condition, with no signs of use and accompanied by all the elements that were originally included, such as guarantees, labels, instructions for use or accessories included in the product. It is your responsibility to send the products you wish to return to our warehouse.
In this process, it is essential that the products are well packed to avoid damage in transit. In the event that improper packaging is found to have resulted in damage to the product, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.
Costs Associated with Returns
It is important to note that if you decide to return your purchase after the order has been dispatched, all shipping and return costs will be borne by you. If required, we are able to coordinate the collection of your return with the same transport agency that made the delivery. In addition, in situations where bicycles or frames are returned, we reserve the right to retain the costs related to assembly and logistics costs, both for the shipping and the return of the product.
If your purchase was subject to special promotions, such as 'free shipping', please note that you may have to bear certain costs related to shipping that were not applied at the time of purchase. However, these measures do not compromise your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Refund Procedure
Once the returned products arrive at our warehouse and it is verified that they meet all the conditions stipulated for the return, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund. The method of refund will depend on how you made the original payment:
- For payments by credit card or Paypal: The refund will be made to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase.
- For payments by bank transfer: We will need you to provide us with an account number in order to make the corresponding payment.
In cases of order cancellations, both by the customer and by Turboebike, and that do not involve shipments, refunds will be made within one or two business days after the cancellation. For situations where the physical return of products to our facilities is required, the refund will be carried out within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, normally within 2 or 3 days after receiving and verifying the condition of the returned products.
If you wish to change the size of a product, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service to coordinate this process. You can request this size change from your control panel on our website or by email. We are at your disposal to facilitate any necessary adjustments and guarantee your satisfaction with our products.

De igual forma, ciertos componentes originales provenientes de otros fabricantes reconocidos en la industria, como Roval, también están amparados por esta garantía.

Sin embargo, es crucial mencionar que esta garantía tiene sus límites. No cubre piezas que son susceptibles a desgaste debido a su uso regular, tales como los elementos que conforman la transmisión (cadena y casete), la pintura, los rodamientos o los cables. Además, los daños atribuibles a factores externos, como accidentes, uso inadecuado o desgaste general, están excluidos de la cobertura garantizada.
Un aspecto notable de esta garantía es su transmisibilidad, es decir, no está ligada exclusivamente al propietario original de la bicicleta. Esto implica que, si adquieres una bicicleta de segunda mano que aún cuenta con menos de 2 años desde su compra inicial, tienes el derecho de presentar una solicitud de garantía. Esta garantía incluye la cobertura de los costos asociados con la gestión, montaje y envío que puedan surgir durante el proceso de reparación o reemplazo.
Garantía de Envío
Adicionalmente, es importante destacar la garantía que protege el envío de la bicicleta. Este servicio asegura que el envío de tu bicicleta está 100% garantizado, permitiendo así una transacción segura y protegida. No obstante, para activar esta garantía, es necesario que el cliente esté vigilante durante la recepción del producto. En caso de que se observe algún daño en la caja de envío, es fundamental notificar inmediatamente al transportista, especificando la naturaleza del daño en el albarán de entrega, ya sea un texto que se lea 'caja rota' o 'caja golpeada', anticipando posibles daños internos en la bicicleta.
“En el caso de no haber notificado este problema al transportista en el momento de la entrega, el seguro del transporte ni Turboebike serán responsables de posibles reclamaciones por golpes o arañazos que se hayan producido durante el transporte de bicicletas o cualquier otro producto.“
Tras este paso, es recomendable revisar detenidamente el producto y, en caso de encontrar algún problema, comunicarlo a Turboebike en la mayor brevedad posible, a través de los canales de comunicación disponibles: correo electrónico, formulario en línea o telefóno de contacto, donde recibirás asistencia para resolver el problema surgido. Todos nuestras bicicletas son grabadas, fotografiadas y revisadas durante y después del montaje de la misma.
