30 Day Return Policy
Our intention is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Turboebike. For this reason, we provide you with a 30 day window so that you can return any bicycle, accessory, component or clothing, as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. To make this return, you must send us the product in perfect condition, with no signs of use and accompanied by all the elements that were originally included, such as guarantees, labels, instructions for use or accessories included in the product. It is your responsibility to send the products you wish to return to our warehouse.
In this process, it is essential that the products are well packed to avoid damage in transit. In the event that improper packaging is found to have resulted in damage to the product, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.
Costs Associated with Returns
It is important to note that if you decide to return your purchase after the order has been dispatched, all shipping and return costs will be borne by you. If required, we are able to coordinate the collection of your return with the same transport agency that made the delivery. This means that if you purchase a second-hand bicycle that is still less than 2 years old since its initial purchase, you have the right to make a warranty claim.
